Terms of Service
1. General

2. Booking and pricing
Renters must be 18+ with valid ID. Helmets provided. Bookings depend on availability; package inclusions are shown at checkout. Prices are in UAH and include taxes. A refundable deposit is pre-authorised; late return, damage, cleaning and lost-item fees may apply.
3. Safety and liability
Follow traffic rules; riding under the influence is prohibited. Insurance is limited; the renter is liable for damage, theft or third-party claims not covered. You accept these risks.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
5. Consumer rights
Your rights are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів». Complaints: contact@skendrix.com. Unresolved disputes may be filed with Держпродспоживслужба. Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» with your consent.
6. Language and law
Service information is provided in Ukrainian and additionally in other languages under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної». These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
